First things first... Why a Thursday wedding?

Matt and Cassi met on July 31, 2021. Four years later, they will wed on that same special day <3

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Invitations will be mailed spring of 2025. Please RSVP by June 15th, 2025. If you know you have a conflict and won't be able to make it, let us know as soon as you're able! We promise we won't hold it against you, but it will be helpful for figuring out numbers for transportation, etc.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we want this to be a night off for you, too! With the exception of our flower girl, ring bearer, and junior bridesmaids, we will have an adults only event. We appreciate your time and efforts in making arrangements. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, then the invitation is just for you.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress to impress! Suits for men; long dresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy jump suits for women. We can't wait to celebrate and dance the night away with our favorite people! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the lawn in the garden, so ladies you may want to re-think those stilettos!

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?
Answer
Wear whatever colors you feel best in, but the bridesmaids will be in teal and groomsmen in light tan suits.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We're going unplugged! We want you to be fully present and enjoy the moment of our ceremony (and to avoid a sea of screens in our professional photos!) We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony concludes. However, for the rest of the wedding, we encourage you to take as many photos as you like!

Is there on-site parking?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking. If you drive to the reception and decide you really want to get after it, you can always take the shuttle back to the hotel and leave your car overnight. The venue says this happens frequently. 👍

Are there Ubers/Lyfts, etc., there?
Answer
Barely. Ubers are very scarce in the Newfound Lake area and should not be relied upon. Please plan to drive yourself or use the shuttle service for day-of wedding festivities.

Is there wi-fi at the venue?
Answer
Yes, we'll post it here as the date approaches.

Will there be open bar?
Answer
The drinks (and transportation) are on us - the hangover is on you! If you choose to drive, please drink responsibly.
