Ferry rides are one of the most scenic ways to explore Lake Como! Our top five destinations — Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como, and Lenno (plus so many more) — offer iconic villas, lakeside dining, charming streets, and unforgettable views for a perfect autumn getaway! We recommend getting a daily ferry pass (about 15 euros) to be able to explore multiple stops and get the most our of this experience. One direct ferry costs about 5 euros, so if you are visiting more than two towns, it is worth it! Dress in layers, evenings can be chilly! Bring comfortable walking shoes.
