April is peak cherry blossom season and this park does not disappoint. The park is noted for the largest collection of cherry blossom trees in the United States, and is beautiful in April. We have been here several times on adventures with Beaker during cherry blossom season.

Liberty Science Center has many fun experiences and exhibits, which apparently features the largest planetarium in the US. For all of the curious minds out there, a galaxy of information awaits!
We have gone on many skating dates here. While we have not partnered as an ice-dance team together yet (and far from this), we have developed skating skills and haven't tripped on each other. A fun, well maintained rink where you can practice moves in the field and dream of being an Olympian, even if you look like a T rex doing ballet. Hockey and figure skate rentals are available or you can bring your own skates.
Thomas Edison's home and laboratory is located in West Orange, NJ. A fun experience to learn about Thomas Edison's legacy and contributions to the development of electric power generation, mass communication, sound recording/ phonographs, and motion picture cameras. For those interested in history and innovation, this is worth a visit, and would be an electrifying experience.
Tour a zinc mine, explore the attached rock and mineral museum, add to your rock collection, and enjoy the beauty of fluorescence. You will have a rocking time!
