Hotel Xcaret México
Hotel Xcaret Mexico will be the setting for both our ceremony and reception, offering breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. Hotel Xcaret is an All-Inclusive hotel. This includes a shuttle to and from the Cancun airport, food, drinks, and endless activities around the resort and at its 8 parks. You can find more details in the "Things To Do" tab. To make your stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible, we have arranged a room block at the resort for our guests. Please make sure to book your accommodations early to secure your spot and take advantage of the special rates we've negotiated. The room block is reserved for Thursday, May 22-Saturday, May 24. However, if you'd like to stay longer, the room rates will remain consistent for three days prior and three days after the blocked dates. Below you will find the link to book your stay. It ensures you are RSVP'd properly to all wedding activities including the Welcome Party, Ceremony, and Reception. All rooms MUST be booked by January 23rd, 2025!! Fly into Cancún International Airport
Because so many people have preferred airlines for points and miles, we are leaving flight booking up to each guest to choose their preferred airline! The nearest airport is Cancún International Airport. From there, a free shuttle will be provided to bring you directly to the resort.
Travel Note
Transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport
Transportation to and from Cancun International Airport to Hotel Xcaret Mexico is included with the cost of your stay on the day of check-in and the day of your check-out. To book your spots on the shuttle, send an email to Guest services dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com and make sure to provide your room confirmation number in your request. Additionally, transportation is provided to every park, tour, and excursion booked through the hotel. Enjoy seamless travel arrangements throughout your stay!
