Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception in Mexico an adults-only event. If you still wish to bring your children with you on your trip, we encourage you to bring an additional person to watch them during our wedding or utilize the preferred babysitting vendor, Kangaroo Babysitting Services. We will also be having a reception in Minnesota after our destination wedding where your children will be welcome to celebrate with us!

How do I reserve spots on the shuttle to/from the airport?

Answer

Once your flight and stay at Hotel Xcaret have been booked, you may send your flight information to the hotel, so they know when to expect your arrival and departure. The Guest Services email is dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com When you arrive at the airport, there will be Hotel Xcaret employees in pink shirts, past the sea of other taxis and shuttles when exiting the airport. It will be clear that the shuttle is heading to Hotel Xcaret! The shuttle runs to and from the airport and hotel every 30 minutes from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Although the shuttle is free, please consider tipping your bus driver!

Should I tip?

Answer

At an all-inclusive resort like Hotel Xcaret, tipping isn't required, but it's always appreciated. While the staff works hard to make your stay enjoyable, a small tip can go a long way in showing your gratitude for their excellent service.

How do I book restaurant and activity reservations?

Answer

Once you've booked your room and decided on the activities you'd like to do, you can make group reservations for restaurants, parks, and airport transfers directly with Guest Services at Hotel Xcaret. Contact their team via email at dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com and provide your room confirmation number in your request. **Reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival to ensure availability.
