We can't wait to welcome you all to Hotel Xcaret for our wedding weekend! There will be light bites and cocktails for all to enjoy!

Mexico Wedding

Beach Formal Attire: Suggestions include linen suits, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. The ceremony will be on a small, private beach, so be mindful of the sand when selecting footwear!

After the ceremony, there will be hors d'oeuvres and cocktails before a three-course plated dinner and dessert.

Minnesota Reception

5:00 pm

Dress comfortably in casual wedding attire—flowy sundresses, maxi dresses, or chic jumpsuits for the ladies, and nice chinos or dress pants with a button-up or polo for the guys. Feel free to wear comfy sandals, wedges, or loafers so you can dance the night away with us!

This will be an open-house style event for you to come and go as you please. There will be food, drinks, and dancing for all to enjoy! Food and drinks will be served throughout the night—come hungry and enjoy while it lasts! Join us at 6:00 PM for toasts and speeches in honor of the happy couple, followed by dancing starting at 6:30 PM. Until 8:30 PM, the music will be family-friendly, creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. After that, we’ll turn up the volume with a more adult vibe, so if you have little ones, please plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding, and let's dance the night away! *Note: Due to this being an outdoor-only event, we will be holding Saturday, June 28th as a back-up. We completely understand if you can only make one or the other.
