Casey Sara and Chagit met in 2017, while Casey was studying Hebrew in Jerusalem. We were introduced by our friend, Vallie Rourke. After a little matchmaking from Vallie (thanks!), we spent the rest of the summer attached at the hip. Casey Sara soon had to fly back to New York, but we couldn’t bring ourselves to stop texting every hour on the hour, calling each other nearly every day and visiting each other whenever possible. Eventually, when we just couldn’t stand being apart anymore, Casey Sara moved to Jerusalem, where we’ve been having a really good time ever since. In June 2020, inspired by what a blast being trapped in a house together turned out to be, Chagit asked Casey Sara to marry her. Now, over two years later, it’s finally time for us to make good on it. The wedding marks the beginning of next chapter of our life, in which we will be moving to New York City. We're really excited that you will be there to celebrate with us!
