Rafting Adventure: Cheakamus Splash

Wear easy to change clothing appropriate for the weather that day. For rafting wear a bathing suit or swim shorts under the wetsuit we’ll provide you with. Do not wear cotton while rafting as it retains cold against your body. You will get wet, so bring a towel and dry set of clothes to change into after the trip. Also bring a plastic bag in which to put your wet clothes into.

So very excited to invite you on one of our favorite activities--rafting! Casey wanted Class 5, Andrew wanted river drift.. So we settled on river drift. This is a great introduction to rafting with Class 1 & 2 waves and rapids. Some sections have rapids, some sections are more of a float. All sections have incredible scenery with the possibility of spotting wildlife. Total duration for the trip is 3 hours with approximately 1-1.5 hours spent on the river itself. Will we have water wars? Maybe! Will we have laughs? Definitely.

Sunday Morning Hike with the Groom

More details to follow, but we'll pick one of the many beautiful and accessible/not too strenuous hikes in the area to kick off the wedding day! The Groom will be leading this one while the Bride is off doing hair and makeup!
