October 17, 2016--Brian bailed on a show. So Andrew asked Casey if she could go. Australian psychedelic seemed just a little bit funky. But it was a Monday and Casey was feelin’ spunkie. Texts were exchanged and addresses sent. Then downtown to Teragram Ballroom they went. Andrew was a gentleman and opened every door. Although he had difficulty keeping his beer off the floor. Kings games, foosball and cooking Blue Apron meals. Andrew played softball and Casey smuggled Equinox Kiehls. Christmas gifts were bright cutting boards and a lemon zester. Then came a tipi trip to J Tree to close out their first semester. Years in LA filled with friends, concerts, and bottomless brunch. Pesto chicken couscous dinners and heated Catan with the Bunch. Trips to Nicaragua and Italy sure put on a smile. Add in a few helmets and horses to make them worthwhile. Remote work settled in and nomad life took over. Hawaii made a lot of sense, even without a drop-top rover. Waters were snorkeled and perhaps too many sunsets seen. People on the mainland were missed as was juice that is green. Now settled in Tahoe with a puppy at home. Seasons to enjoy and a new playground to roam. It seems some of the unknown variables are sorted and done. But with all factors considered, life together has just begun.
