We have 2 private Mercedes Black Sprinter buses to transport you to the Centennial chair lift. They will pick you up at the Ritz-Carlton entrance between 12:30-1:30 and return trips will be between 3:30-4:30. Additionally, anyone that stays at The Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch can take the Village connect shuttle to Beaver Creek and be dropped off yards from the chair lift this shuttle however can be unreliable on timing so I would highly suggest taking the private transportation for the wedding ceremony as it is time sensitive. Anyone that wishes to drive to Beaver Creek may park in the public parking garages for free and walk to the chair lift. The closest parking garage to the lift is The Gerald R. Ford Hall Public Parking Garage.
The app is called Village Connect and has a grey bus on the icon.
The closest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport. There are limited flights though and you usually have 1 stop in Denver. We usually fly into Denver International Airport (DIA). It is a 2 hour drive to Beaver Creek. We typically rent a car from the airport but there is also a shuttle that can take you to Beaver Creek. The shuttle is called EPIC.
EPIC Mountain Express Shuttle service is offered from both DIA & Eagle airports to Beaver Creek. The cost for one person from DIA is $79 each way. They do allow a private shuttle for up to 12 people if some of you want to get together to book that. The cost for one person from Eagle is $49 per person each way. $569 for a private shuttle for up to 12 people. They also offer a private SUV shuttle for up to five people for $419.
