6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Mountain casual -essentially an outdoorsy version of business casual, very similar to country club casual
We will have charcuterie and wine
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Dresses or pantsuits for the ladies. Suits, slacks and jackets for the men.
All wedding guests will meet at the base of the Beaver Creek chair lift no later than at 1:30 pm. We will have 2 private black Mercedes sprinter buses to transport you from the Ritz-Carlton hotel to the Centennial chair lift. Pickup will be at the Ritz-Carlton entrance from 12:30- 1:30 and return trips will run from 3:30-4:30. I highly suggest using this over the Village connect shuttle for the ceremony as it will be on time. If you are staying at the Ritz-Carlton there is a complimentary shuttle that will take you to the lift and around Beaver Creek but it has been a bit unreliable since covid. That said it is a great way to get around for the weekend. Information about the Village Connect app is on the website. You may also drive your own car and park for free in the public parking in Beaver Creek Village. The best parking garage located closest to the ski lift is the Gerald R. Ford Hall public parking garage. Mountain weather in September is highs in the 80's and lows in the 50's.
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Same as ceremony
We will have an intermission/break after the ceremony before the reception so you may want to grab a jacket as the evenings get chilly in Colorado and the reception is outside on the deck at the base of the mountains. We will celebrate with live music, dancing, great food and amazing drinks on the Ritz Carlton Patio.
