We met and fell in love very quickly! Cary was working New Year’s Eve and I took Kasey & Devon for dinner at Local. He was charming and very attentive and must have visited our table five times. We talked a lot about both being single parents and we just hit it off. He walked us out of the restaurant that night. We continued to run into each other at the restaurant until he finally asked me out for a drink at Perry’s at 9:30 at night. It was my first date since the divorce and I was so nervous! Well five minutes in he was yawning and I finally said you can go home if you are tired. Well he did, left me with a full glass of wine and left. I just figured I was horrible at this dating thing and finished my wine and left. Well within a week we were planning another date and this time Cary made it amazing! He took me to Toulouse in the city which quickly became our special place. We started traveling together and just really enjoyed spending time together. I’ll never forget our trip to Chicago when Cary took me to a farmers market in the middle of the street (his favorite thing to do) he grabbed my hand kissed me and said we better be careful people will think we are falling in love! We spent the next three years doing life together and getting to know each other’s children & dogs until February 2021 when Cary proposed to me at Toulouse In The city! We chose to get married in Colorado because although it was originally my special place (as I am from Colorado) after buying a place in Beaver Creek in 2020 it quickly became one of Cary’s favorite places. We both just love the Colorado mountains and in particular our place in Beaver Creek Bachelor Gulch. Although I have to mention Napa was a close second choice as it is one of Cary's favorite places and has grown to be one of mine as well. We hope that all of our friends and family will love this beautiful place as much as we do and we look forward to celebrating our love with all of you!!
