Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

NO-this is a private residence and has no ability to accommodate guests. Unless you were contacted individually there is no room for you to park. See travel for recommended places to stay that are in walking distance. If you are staying at the Marina Cay a shuttle will take you to and from the venue. Although if someone wanted to walk from the Marina Cay to the venue it would be less than 10 minutes.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided from Marina Cay to the venue. Shuttle pick up and drop off times are still being determined. If you are staying at the Marina Cay please message Haley (406-621-0253) so she can get a accurate number of who needs to be shuttled. If you are stay at the Swan Lake Inn or at the Bridge Street Cottages it is in between a 30 second and 5 minute walk :)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep this wedding intimate with friends and family.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes they are! As a forewarning- the venue is right next to a roaring river, the Swan River, which has class 3 rapids. There will also be an open bar and explicit music playing during cocktail hour and the reception. Anyone that knows Haley also knows she swears like a sailor and probably won't change that on the wedding day :)

Please RSVP by June 9, 2023. If you do not RSVP, you will not be provided a meal ;)

What if I live around Bigfork?

Answer

We are currently trying to figure out a transportation plan and should be in contact with you. If you don't hear from us by June, please feel free to reach out to Carter and Haley.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See our Travel tab. If you stay at an airbnb, we can not guarantee transportation. You are welcomed to park in downtown Bigfork and walk to the venue (3 to 5 minute walk).
