Question

Covid-19 Safety Plans

Answer

We want to priotize safety at our celebration and the following protocols will be in effect. Social Distancing and Masks are required at Sts. Peter and Paul for the Wedding Mass. The reception at Holy Trinity Reception Center will also require masks except when eating at assigned tables. Tables and seating will be based on family groups to minimize contact. The reception will also implement at wristband system. All guest will be required to wear a wristband to indicate their comfort level. Green- Comfortable with contact within 6 feet. (Okay with hugs,high fives, and elbow bumps) Yellow- Comfortable being within 6 feet. (Okay with talking but not touching) Red- Comfortable being 6 feet or more away from others. (Keeping distance with a smile and a wave) Thank you for understanding and strictly adhearing to these requirements to keep everyone save. We know there are many that are taking risks celebrating with us today.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than December 28, 2020. RSVP cards should be mailed back and will be pre-addressed and stamped. This date was chosen very carefully to optimize our planning efficiency. If for some reason you are unable to send the RSVP card back by this date, please contact us directly.

Are children welcome? Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to have everyone there to celebrate our big day, the addition of a plus one or children will be explicitly stated on the invitations of the guest. Please only RSVP for the people listed on your invitation.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at both Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon. Both registries are linked at the registry tab above.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

As many of you know, Florida is known for its unpredictable weather. Please be mindful that we usually experience warmer days and cooler evenings in February. Rain is not likely, but is always a possibility.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Mass will start promptly at 3:00 PM. We recommend you are in the church and seated approximately thirty minutes prior to the start time. The doors to the church will close at 3:00 PM.

Can I take photos or videos during the wedding mass?

Answer

Out of respect for this sacred ceremony and the church's policy, kindly turn all cell phones, cameras, and recording devices off upon entering the building. We invite our guests to be fully present as you witness us enter into the sacrament of marriage.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, please make your way to the reception for cocktail hour before the real party starts! Information regarding the reception venue is located under the schedule tab listed above.

Can I post pictures of the reception on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage our guests to post pictures on their social media accounts. Our only request is that you make sure to use our wedding hashtag #OnceUponAPuccioBall so that we will be able to keep track of all of the pictures from the evening.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We are aware of a select few guests that will need specific meals. As well as children that will need different meals. Please inform us if there are any specific dietary restrictions or allergies you have.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Unfortunately, the party has to end at some point. The reception is set to end at 11:00 PM.
