We go to Marie Bette probably once a week. They have the BEST sandwiches, croissants, and coffee. If you've never been, it's kind of a must while you're here. My favorite is the Willoughby and Travis is a big fan of the Fifeville. Note, there are two locations. Go to the one Downtown called "Petite Marie Bette" :-)
Yep. I am a little biased. This is my yoga studio! It's where I teach and where I practice my yoga. If you are looking for a place to breathe and move your body this weekend definitely reach out to me and I will make sure you are all set! It is such a sweet and cozy yoga studio. I invite you to do yourself and everyone around you a favor by taking a moment to reset and breathe in this space!
Alright, I know I am biased but another option if you are in town this weekend and looking to move your body. Another studio I teach at! You will use what's called an XFormer to take a Pilates inspired, high intensity, low impact class. Perfect for everybody. Beginners welcome and your first class is 15$ so that's dope. If you're interested in dropping in while you're in town, reach out and I will make sure you are good to go! :-)
Hope this isn't too tacky? If you have a second, go visit (probably not Travis) at his pasta shop this weekend if you haven't already! Tiny restaurant, tiny menu. He is insane and would love to have you stop in and enjoy his handmade work of art!
I would plug "Humpback Rocks" into your GPS and click on the one that takes you directly to the trail. This is a great hike. It's quick and dirty. On the way up it's all up hill and then on the way down it's a breeze. We haven't been in a while but it's a go-to!
