Train

Train from New York City

Guests can easily take the LIRR (Long Island Railroad) from NYC via the LIRR Ronkonkoma line from Penn Station to the Central Islip Station. The ride from NYC is approximately 1 - 1.2 hours (some train rides are direct to Central Islip or will require you to transfer at Jamaica station). Once you arrive, Ubers are readily available. the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge is only about 5-10 minute drive from the station. We recommend downloading the MTA TrainTime app to check train schedules and purchase your tickets.
