Cocktail Attire
7:30 PM – Shuttle departs from the front of the Hyatt Regency for an 8:00 PM arrival at The View. Please join us for drinks and light bites as we celebrate Sam & Caroline the night before the wedding. If you’d like to have dinner beforehand, recommendations can be found in the “Things To Do” section of the website.

Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Black Tie Optional (Wear what you're wearing to the reception or whatever formal attire you're comfortable in!)
1:30 PM – Shuttle departs from the front of the Hyatt Regency to bring guests to the church for a 2:00 PM arrival. 3:30 PM – Shuttles depart from the church to return guests to the Hyatt Regency for a 4:00 PM arrival and a 30-minute break. 4:30 PM – Shuttles depart from the Hyatt Regency for a 5:00 PM arrival at the Bourne Mansion. Guests may use the break to change for the reception, visit the bar, or settle into their rooms if they have just arrived.
Reception

Black Tie
4:30 PM – Shuttle departs from the Hyatt Regency for a 5:00 PM arrival at the Bourne Mansion. 5:00–6:00 PM – Cocktail Hour 6:00–10:00 PM – Reception 10:00 PM – First round of shuttles departs for guests returning to the Hyatt Regency (for those not attending the after party).
After Party
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm

For guests who want to dance the night away (well.... till 11pm) the after party will take place in the adjoining room at the Bourne Mansion at 10 PM until 11:00 PM. 11:00 PM – Final shuttles depart from the front of the Bourne Mansion for the Hyatt Regency, with an expected arrival at 11:30 PM. Guests are welcome to continue the evening at the hotel bar, which will be open until 1:00 AM.
