What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive at 3:15 - 3:45 PM to ensure a smooth and timely start. Once the ceremony has begun, guests arriving late will not be permitted to enter, as we want to preserve the focus and atmosphere of this special part of the day.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal to Semi-Formal: Elegant and timeless for an evening in the forest. We ask that guests avoid jeans and white attire. Gentlemen, we’d love to see suits or slacks with a button-down and tie. Ladies, longer dresses or formal attire are perfect. It’s a winter wedding, but all events will be indoors, so you can dress comfortably while keeping things refined and elegant.

Everything will take place indoors, though there is a beautiful outdoor patio available for fresh air.

Colorado Springs weather can be unpredictable in January — it could be 20° and snowing or sunny and in the 60s. Please plan for both possibilities!

Our celebration will conclude at 10:00 PM.

We’ll have a designated time for photos during the ceremony. Other than this designated time, photos and phones will be respectfully prohibited so everyone can be present in the moment.
