TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT FORM
Please fill out this form if you would like to coordinate your travel plans with other guests. We understand many challenges that could impact your attendance to the wedding, and we want to make it as simple and affordable for you as possible. This is also a great opportunity to mingle and make plans with others for the entirety of the weekend.
Hotel
Comfort Inn and Suites (Coventry)
There are various hotels close to the venue in Coventry (Southwest Fort Wayne). We recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites in case you need a ride from the Fort Wayne International Airport, there is a shuttle available. We recommend booking on Expedia, as they have the best rates for all the hotels in the area. There are also many Airbnb and Vrbo homes in close proximity to the airport and venue. We encourage guests to fill out the travel arrangement form and plan their travel arrangements together to share rides and rooms.
Flight
Fort Wayne International Airport
There are direct flights available from Dallas (DFW) and other hub airports. The airport is about 15 minutes away from the recommended hotel, and about 25 minutes away from the wedding venue. We recommend renting a car, using the hotel shuttle if you stay at the recommended hotel, or making arrangements with other guests to pick you up.

South Bend International Airport
There is a direct flight available from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The airport is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away from the recommended hotel and wedding venue. We recommend renting a car or making arrangements with other guests to pick you up.
