The dress code is semi-formal. We would love if you wear seasonal colors for summer. Please refrain from white. We recommend wearing something light, as it will be very hot and humid in July. There will air conditioning inside the church and reception venue, but there is a lot of space outside at the reception venue to you may want to explore.
We will serve hors d'oeuvres, BBQ for dinner, and desert. We will do our best to incorporate options that cater to various dietary needs. Please let us know if you have a dietary restriction you are concerned about. We will serve soft drinks and beer and wine. There will also be a cash bar available.
We welcome anyone who was mentioned or addressed on your invitation. Unnamed family implies your children. Please let us know if you would like to bring another guest to accompany you and we will do our best to accommodate depending on the circumstances.
We welcome all babies who you plan to keep on your person throughout the event. All we request is that you take your baby outside the church if they begin to make any noises or disturbances during the wedding ceremony. If you anticipate such a possibility, we also request sitting towards the back of the church by the door to ensure accessibility. If you would like to bring your children who are above the age of keeping on your person that are not included on the RSVP form, please ask us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate space for them. We love and support all our friends and family with growing families and want to include them as much as possible while maintaining the order of the event.
We are unfortunately unable to provide transportation for guests. If you are traveling and unable to provide or coordinate your own transportation, please fill out and submit the travel arrangements form under the Travel tab and we will be able to help coordinate your travel arrangements.
