Cocktail attire. When selecting your footwear, please keep in mind that the Ceremony will be held outside in the Hemlock Grove (weather-dependent). The Grove is a short walk from the Mansion and requires walking on uneven, natural terrain (grass) for access.
In order to allow all wedding guests, including parents, the ability to be fully present and celebrate with us, we are unable to extend the invitation to children.
Besides the hotels listed under the travel section, our recommendations for other neighborhoods to stay are Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle, Mount Pleasant/Columbia Heights (our old stomping grounds!), and Georgetown.
Ubers/Lyfts are locally widely available and encouraged for use to the venue. Lyft is typically less expensive in DC. Shuttles will be provided following the reception to take guests back to both hotel blocks. Shuttles will be available beginning at 11pm.
Yes. There will be parking attendants directing any drivers. Once you have parked, please make your way down to the Hemlock Grove for the Ceremony (weather-dependent).
Yes! We will have a photographer, but would also like to crowd source photos from all of our friends and family. We believe that no one can capture spontaneous moments better than our loved ones and would be so grateful if folks could share their favorite photos with us after the wedding.
