Maid of Honor
Jenna Gliedt! A blessing! An angel! My grandma soulmate! How do I even begin to describe my antiquing, crafting, musical-watching bestie?! I met Jenna when when we were first graders at Providence Christian School, and we have been mistaken for sisters (and sometimes twins) ever since. I need look no further than her sweet self if I need anything from an encouraging word to an accomplice on a TJ Maxx run.
Best Man
We met in 2nd grade and have been best buddies ever since. If you see him, be sure to ask him about his nickname because he loves talking about it. But seriously, this guy has always been there for me, and I could not picture my childhood without him. He acted as a bit of a moral compass for me growing up (we still did a lot of stupid things) and still does. He is one of the most personable and instantly likable people you will ever meet. My dad once told me that you tend to act like the people you hang around the most- I should probably hang out with Tanner more because he is a great example of what it means to be a well informed, responsible follower of Christ(quote from the Royal Ambassador Pledge). His friendship and the love of the Dillard family have truly been a blessing to my life.

Becca is the treasure that made sure my sorority experience was everything I hoped it would be! As my "big" in Phi Mu, she shepherded me through my college experience and has always been a shining light of love and support. She just got an awesome job as a PICU nurse in Tennessee (but don't ask her about her nursing adventures over lunch unless you've got a strong stomach)!
Groomsman
I got to know Ronnie at a small group at Calvary. Ask him where he is from and you will get a different answer every time (and all are true). Ronnie is one of those people that lights up a room- everybody knows this kid, and he never meets a stranger. I feel like we can be honest with each other and seek advice from one another because we know that we have each other's best interest at heart. Ronnie and I tend to feed off each other's energy which leads to some pretty fun times (the reception should be a great time). Ronnie matches the Dean brother's craziness, so he will go on adventures through storm drains or wherever, which I appreciate. This guy somehow turned out much more southern than me despite never living here long term. Thanks for being you bud.
Bridesmaid
In the sixth grade, Rachel classified me as a "weird horse girl" and refused to talk to me. Now, we can be found gossiping over cheese dip in a variety of Mexican restaurants throughout the state of Alabama. Long story short, we grew up in church together at Covenant UMC, and now we're desperately in love. Also, she has a three-legged cat named Patricia, which serves as proof that she's my coolest friend.
Groomsman
I have known Philip for my whole life. We grew up at First Baptist and had some infamous moments. Just go look at Celeste Conner's facebook page and you will see some great examples of our antics, which we get reminded of every year. Phillip is one of the most hard working guys I know. He is a welding extraordinaire! I am always laughing when I hang around Philip because he has such a great sense of humor. He says he will eventually be a millionaire because the highest percentage of millionaires are welders. That fact may or may not be true, but I do know that Philip is a great person and I know he will accomplish great things. It is a blessing to know ya bud.
Bridesmaid
Camden keeps me young! Her vibrant energy and bubbly personality have pulled me out of my shell ever since we were freshmen Phi Mus at the University of Alabama. She is caring, kind, and full of amazing stories about her adventures as an early education teacher. Additionally, she is a gifted bartender who can make a cocktail out of anything (only after school, of course).
Groomsman
Bradley and I are also First Baptist buddies. Bradley probably wins the award for the most handsome of my groomsman. Bradley is also the best dressed of all my groomsmen. If you see him, you should ask him how he is so fashionable all the time. Bradley is one of those people that will always help you out. He has a heart of gold and is honestly one of the most thoughtful people I know. Him and Philip orchestrated getting me a cake for my birthday when the order my mother made for a cake was never completed by the bakery. My backpack containing my computer and my favorite Bog-In hat was also stolen that day, so the cake they got me was the highlight of my day. He often volunteers with the church and serves as a role model for the youth. I also respect his ability to fall asleep anywhere.

Lulu actually enjoys math, so it is practically a miracle that we are friends. However, against all odds, we have been inseparable since our Phi Mu pledge retreat at the beginning of freshman year. A supportive and steadfast friend, Lulu has always been there for me. If you want to get her talking, introduce Disney or K-pop into your conversation-- I guarantee you'll learn something new.
Groomsman
Nathan was my freshman room mate and we have been friends ever since. He is one of the smartest people I know (Mechanical Engineering) and helped me out with homework more than a few times. Nathan was born in England and grew up in California and yet is one of the biggest Alabama fans I know (which is why I like him). I think the reason he so readily adopted the University of Alabama is because of his enthusiasm. He brings an excitement and pride to everything he does which is why I think we get along so well. He is very honest as well which I find refreshing. Speaking of honesty, Caroline and Nathan get along great now, but just ask Caroline about the first time she met Nathan, it was a little jarring for her haha.
Bridesmaid
She is a nerd. She is a pageant queen. She is a trivia enthusiast. She is perhaps the most well-rounded person you've ever met. She is Braidyn Lazenby! This stunning sorority sister can always be counted on to distract me for hours with conversations about musicals, politics, academia, and everything in between while we're supposed to be studying- and that's one of the many reasons I love her!
Groomsman
Samuel Smith is one of my current roommates and a longtime buddy. I think Samuel makes me laugh more than any other human being. If you haven't noticed yet, the picture with this description is supposed to be a tribute to Samuel L. Jackson the actor. We posted this on instagram and tagged him but never got a response. So if you know Samuel L. Jackson, let him know we were thinking of him. Samuel is a really smart guy with a lot of passion. We share the same dream of retiring on a large piece of land, but both haven't figured out yet how that is really going to happen. Samuel is a friend of mine that I can have deep conversations with and I feel like he helps me see the world from a new perspective. Samuel also helped me with what I was going to wear for my proposal to Caroline. Thanks bud.

Tati is a fellow fan of Audrey Hepburn and classic movies of all sorts-- this common thread began our long-lasting bond. Dedicated to service, she loves to talk about UADM (a program that fundraises for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals) and her work with the UA Honors College. Tati's hardworking and giving nature combined with her passion for all things classy and vintage have had me obsessed with her ever since we met at Phi Mu!
Groomsman // Brother of the Bride
Spencer is everything I could want in a brother-in-law. He is one of my best friends and is very supportive of Caroline and me. Spencer and I get along so well that it probably annoys Caroline. We both have a bit of a rebellious spirit, and it just gets worse the more we hang out together. We have performed quite possibly the world's greatest invisible rope trick, so ask him about that if you see him (and other miscellaneous pranks). I am eternally grateful to Spencer for taking pictures during my proposal on the top of the mountain. He never did learn how to use the camera properly like I asked him to, and I considered killing him. But seriously, a huge portion of the crazy and fun memories I have involve Spencer, and I am thankful that I get to know him as a brother and friend.
Bridesmaid // Sister of the Groom
Avery has been so sweet to me ever since Jackson and I started dating. Additionally, she has shared a bathroom with Jackson for years without strangling him to death, so I am indebted to her (and I hope I can manage to follow in her footsteps). I can't wait to be her sister, and I'm so glad she agreed to stand next to us on our wedding day!
Groomsman // Brother of the Groom
Collin is my brother, but he is also one of my closest friends. I feel like few people get blessed with an automatic buddy like I have with Collin. We love and laugh at the same things. Collin thinks very differently from me and yet, we are very similar people. I think this is why we get along so well. Collin is an inspiring person. He loves to work on his projects and is constantly tinkering. Check out his crafting instagram (@dean_craftworks). Collin is my go-to with my crazy ideas because he doesn't shoot me down-- he just starts thinking about how it can happen. He gives my dreams a counterbalance of practicality. I feel as if Collin makes me a better person every day, and I am grateful for his impact on my life. This kid is great, and I love 'em. Couldn't ask for a better brother.
Scripture Reader
Ethan (Choncho) is someone I am always glad to have on my side. He has led many Bible studies I have been part of at First Baptist and actually has a beautiful singing voice. We tend to think in a similar way when it comes to business opportunities or entrepreneurial endeavors, so most of our conversations tend to flow in that direction. I am glad he will be part of our wedding, and I am thankful for his impact on my life at First Baptist
Usher // Brother of the Groom
I have always thought Phillip was the coolest person I knew. I would bug him constantly growing up and would just love to sit and watch him play Banjo Kazooie and Zelda. We would play Zelda and work together for hours solving the puzzles. I feel like we really bonded over video games (so don't tell me video games are all bad for kids). He has his own family now, but every time I get around him, I still feel like the little kid looking up to his big brother. He is incredibly smart and is currently in law school at Appalachian School of Law. I cannot wait to see what he accomplishes next, and I know his creativity, passion, and intelligence will guide him. Love you bud. Thanks for being my big brother.
Ring Bearer
Lil T is a great kid that I got to watch grow up. We probably influenced him to be a little crazier than his mother would have liked, haha. Our goal for Lil T was for him to grow up to be a dragon slayer, and there is still time for that. He is an athletic kid, and I see a lot of Tanner in him, which means he will grow up to be an excellent person and make his family very proud. Also, I am sorry to the Dillards for the pic in the Bama sweatshirt, but I had to do it.
Flower Girl
Because she is a fellow lover of sparkles and tulle, I know that my cousin, Lily, will be the perfect flower girl for our wedding. Bubbly, funny, and oh-so-smart, she was practically born for the role!
Flower Girl
My sweet cousin Fendley was an obvious choice for flower girl, too-- she's got personality and energy to burn! With a sweet smile and a stunning confidence, she'll be a star member of the wedding party for sure.
