What is the Shuttle schedule?

2:45pm - Shuttle leaves AC Hotel Madison 3:15pm - Shuttle leaves Hampton Inn Madison East Towne 3:45pm - Shuttle arrives at The Lageret 9:00pm - First shuttle back to hotels 10:30pm - Second shuttle back to hotels 12:00am - Final shuttle back to hotels

Tell me about the "Shuttle" I hear so much about...

Answer

There will be a school bus that will pick up guests from the two official hotels, the AC Marriott and the Hampton Inn East Towne. (See the Travel section of this website for more information about the hotels and how to make reservations there). The School bus will pick up from these hotels and take guest to the venue. Once the reception is over there will be regular stops between the venue and the hotels to drop people off. The times are yet to be determined, but we will update the website once we know more. You don't have to be a guest at the hotels to use the shuttle, you could just park at the hotels (the Hampton Inn has free parking) and get a ride too.
