The Lodge at Sugar Bowl Resort
The Lodge at Sugar Bowl Resort - There are a variety of rooms available for your stay and have a 2-night minimum. Guests may stay from Tuesday, September 17th through Friday, September 20th. Rooms range in capacity from 2 to 8 guests. RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN! Please reach out to Jose and/or Rosa at the Sugar Bowl Lodge for available rooms, rates, reservations, or if you have any questions about your stay.* *Note - As requested, we have set aside a handful of rooms in advance to family and wedding party members. Although set aside to a specific party, please call the front desk to confirm your stay, number of nights, and provide payment.

Rentals - Sugar Bowl Resort
Sugar Bowl Resort Rentals - Rentals within the Sugar Bowl Resort (homes, townhomes and condos) are available for short or longer stays and accommodate a range of guests (2 to 8 guests). These rentals are all an approximate 5- to 10-minute walk to The Lodge at Sugar Bowl. Please keep in mind that the units and pricing vary from season-to-season. Rental availability is listed for the Summer 2023 season and will be updated in Spring 2024. If interested, please contact Jose and Rosa for an updated list of available rental properties for your stay.

Gravity Haus Truckee-Tahoe
Gravity Haus Truckee-Tahoe - If you're looking for another option, the Gravity Haus (Truckee-Tahoe Location) is a great place to stay during the event. We do not have a hotel block but available to those who prefer to be located in the downtown Truckee area.
Travel Note
Flight Information
Flight Information - If you are traveling to California, we recommend flying into either SFO, OAK, SMF, or RNO. You will likely need to rent a car to get from location to location during your stay. Flying into the Bay Area (SFO/OAK) will require a 3.5-hour drive to Truckee (flights typically cheaper, however, longer drive to venue). Flying into Sacramento (SMF) requires a 2-hour drive to Truckee. Flying into Reno (RNO) requires a 1-hour drive to Truckee.
