Guests will be going up the Disney Chairlift to the summit for a hosted happy hour between 3:30-6pm. Please meet at the Sugar Bowl Lodge deck at 3:00, we will start sending folks up the chairlift at 3:30. Drinks and snacks will be served up the mountain at the Disney Chalet. Dinner will be back at the Sugar Bowl Lodge at 5:30 and includes a taco bar with refreshments (water, iced tea, lemonade). The hotel bar will be staffed through the rest of the night if guests want additional drinks (will be accepting card only).
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Semi-Formal Attire Suggested: Suits & ties/dresses welcome, shades of green encouraged, not required. Have fun with it!
Please arrive at Lake Mary by 3:30 PM. Guests will carpool from the lodge to the lake, and park along the dirt road, so plan accordingly. Following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour at 4:30 before returning to the Main Lodge for the reception.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Time to celebrate! We will be serving dinner, dessert, and will dance the night away on the Sugar Bowl Lodge deck. It gets chilly at night, so bring a jacket!
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
After party will start at 10:00 in the Beltroom Bar (inside the Sugar Bowl Lodge) following the reception. We will be serving a late night nacho bar to fuel those dance moves.
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Lake attire and bathing suits. Don’t forget towels!
Let’s recover and relax by Lake Mary (same location as ceremony) for a picnic/lake day. Stop by any time 11:30 and hang out at the lake before the next leg of your journey. Bring a dish, snack, or drinks for the lakeside picnic, just remember to pack it in/pack it out. Refreshments (water, iced tea, lemonade) and will be provided. Don't forget your towel! All guests (and kids) are invited for the Lake Mary Play Day!
