When should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be black-tie-optional. We're excited to have a night of everyone dressed their best! A black-tie-optional dress code means you have the option to wear black-tie attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo) but can instead wear formal attire (a suit or long dress).

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

We ask that you please do not bring anyone to the wedding who was not included in the invitation or RSVP. We will not be able to accommodate any unaccounted for guests.

Is there parking or transportation for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is free overnight parking available at our wedding venue. There is also a shuttle available for guests to take to and from our designated hotel. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 6:15pm and 6:40pm. If drinking, we ask that you please leave your car at the venue or take the shuttle, we want all of our guests to stay safe!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, with an indoor contingency plan in case of weather. The wedding reception will be indoors!

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means please do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony. We would like you to be in the moment with us and keep all cell phones put away. Pictures and videos are encouraged during the reception! We look forward to having you capture the things we might miss. Feel free to post any photos after the wedding, you can use our hashtag #makingitHofficial

WHEN will Carly and Matt get a dog?

Answer

Our hearts say immediately, our brains say wait until they have more space so Carly get can get a big fluffy one.
