We’ve reserved the entire Mill Creek Resort for our wedding weekend, and a limited number of camping options are available if you’d like to stay right where the magic happens ✨ RV Sites: $60 per night Campsites: $30 per night (Each campsite accommodates up to 2 tents, 4 people, and 2 cars) All on-site stays require a two-night minimum (August 28–30). To reserve an RV site or campsite, please book directly with Carly, as these dates are privately held for our guests. If you’re hoping to arrive early or stay a little longer, additional nights can be booked through the resort’s website.

The Village at Highlands Ranch

This option is just 10 minutes from Mill Creek Resort and makes for an easy commute to and from the celebration. There are two options at this location. While Highlands Ranch Resort is an upscale option with some cottages offering hot tubs and fire pits, the Village at Highlands Ranch is across the street and is a more affordable option with very comfortable accommodations.

A great option for larger groups to explore AB&B or VRBO sites for other choices available. Lake Almanor has a large man-made reservoir and is known for its scenic beauty, and outdoor recreation like boating, fishing, and hiking. It also has several golf courses around the lake and restaurants as well. It can range from 30 - 45 minutes from the Mill Creek Resort.

Sacramento International Airport

Flying into Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is a convenient option for visiting Mill Creek Resort. From the airport, rent a car and plan for a 3–3.5 hour drive to the resort, depending on traffic and weather. The route takes you north through Northern California and into the mountains as you approach Mill Creek.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

Flying into Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is a convenient option for visiting Mill Creek Resort. From the airport, rent a car and plan for a 2.5–3 hour drive to the resort, depending on traffic and weather. The drive takes you through scenic mountain and forested areas as you cross into Northern California. Reno-Tahoe offers a smaller, easy-to-navigate airport and a beautiful drive, making it a great alternative for guests traveling from the east or mountain regions.
