Question

What is your COVID protocol?

Answer

We plan to have an un-masked and non-socially distanced ceremony and reception. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor reception. There will be plenty of space to socialize on the outdoor decks throughout the reception. We estimate that 97% our guest list has been fully vaccinated. Due to the large amount of out of town guests and increasing infection rates among the vaccinated, we are asking that everyone remains vigilant about COVID before, during and after our wedding weekend. We will not require proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend any event but ask that guests: 1) Wear a mask while flying and in public spaces while traveling 2) Limit interactions with unmasked, large groups one week prior to the event. We encourage self-testing on Friday, 10/21. Please do not attend our wedding events if you have tested positive for COVID!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love all children, our ceremony and reception are reserved for immediate family children only. We're more than happy to recommend babysitting options, if interested.

Question

How do I get to and from the wedding ceremony & reception?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles from two of our three recommended hotels. You can catch a shuttle from the Sentinel Hotel or Hotel Eastlund. These shuttles will leave Hotel Eastlund promptly at 2:45pm. It will then go to the Sentinel Hotel to pick up the remaining guests. We expect it to depart the Sentinel at 2:55pm. Please be on the lookout in the lobby of both hotels for more details on the day of the event! Shuttles will begin leaving around the end of the night from Ironlight with drop-offs at both hotels as well.

Question

How do you pronounce "Oregon"?

Answer

Oregon (ORE-uh-g'n) or (ORY-gun) like organ with an uh sound in the middle. It doesn't rhyme with “gone”. And just so you fit in with the locals, we say Willamette like (Will-AM-it). We'll let you figure out Couch Street!
