(Hot Girl) Walk to Mozart's Coffee

To Walk: Meet at the Hyatt Regency Lobby at 9:00am Skip the walk, meet at coffee: Meet at Mozart's Coffee at 10:30am All are welcome to come stretch your legs with Kate and Carlos on a 4 mile walk from the Hyatt Regency Hotel to Mozart's Coffee the morning before the wedding. All are also welcome to simply meet us at Mozart's coffee and skip the walk, if you prefer! We just want some more time to have fun with all our guests who will already be in Austin, and we love to walk. We anticipate the walk taking about one and a half to two hours at a leisurely pace. The walk difficulty is EASY. The walk will end at Mozart's coffee, where we can grab some of that sweet sweet caffeine for a job well done. Interested in an afternoon pick-me-up with Kate and Carlos the day before the wedding? Come meet us at The Meteor, Carlos's go to spot for a drink and a breakfast taco on South Congress. Boasting espresso, champagne, and chain lube on the neon sign out front, the Meteor probably has whatever your heart desires. They have food, wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages as well. We'll stop in from at least 2-3 if you want to stop by and say hi. The Meteor is a roughly 30 minute, 1.5 mile walk from the Hyatt Regency Hotel along South Congress street. If you've never been to South Congress street before, we recommend walking (weather permitting) to take in all the sights and sounds of this lively Austin neighborhood! Zero pressure and zero expectations to stop by.

Grab a drink with us before the big day, if you'd like! Zero pressure, zero expectations. Open bar from 7-10pm for our private party at the "Sipping Springs" at the Hyatt Regency hotel, by the beautiful Lady Bird Lake. This venue is outside, by the pool at the Hyatt. (We will be coming straight from our rehearsal dinner and may arrive shortly after 7, but our guests can arrive beginning at 7.)

Wedding

Shuttles will depart the Hyatt Regency parking lot at 4:45pm for the venue. Doors open at 5:00pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 5:45pm. Ceremony followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing until 11pm. We absolutely cannot wait to celebrate with you! Note to guests - the ceremony and reception will be held outside, weather permitting. Please no children at the ceremony. Children are welcome to join us at the reception.
