Ideally, by August 15, 2025. Please let us know as soon as you can, though!
Yes! Semi-formal attire is the official "dress code" of the day, and the theme is "Upstage the Brides". We encourage our guests to express their own unique style. This means wear something flashy, full of pattern or texture, or your favorite thing you own.. and accessorize. We want our guests to look (and feel) their best alongside us as we celebrate. So break out that feather dress, that blue tux you got for your cousin's wedding, your favorite floral outfit, or something brand new. Anyways, it's a gay wedding, we just want everyone to express themselves and have fun. We kindly ask that you do not wear white or darker shades of green, as those colors will be reserved for the brides.
Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a plus one if they are not addressed on the invite. :)
Ceremony & Reception: If we’ve talked to you about bringing the kid(s), then yes! The chances are that if you’re asking this, we have. No surprise kids, please! After Party: after 10:30 PM, the party will become 21+. Please arrange childcare or head on home with your kiddo(s). Happily Ever After-Party: All ages welcome with supervision. :)
No, we are not registered anywhere. As we already have all that we need, we ask instead that you consider donating to our honeymoon, or wedding funds. :) If you have a sentimental gift you’d like to give, we’d never say no. We’d also accept additional recipes for our guest/cook-book!
Outside! We'll be partially underneath trees. We will provide heel-caps for the grassy areas, and paper fans. If you arrive early, you can grab a drink to keep cool during the ceremony!
The ceremony starts at 6:00 PM. Unless you are part of the wedding party or have instructions otherwise, please arrive between 5:30-5:50 PM. Park, pick up a drink, choose a seat, and wait for the big event!
Yes; the following day we will have a relaxation / recovery day with friends & family. You are welcome to attend, swim, play games, eat Texas barbeque, and nurse that hangover with us. Come & go, children welcome with supervision
Ceremony/Reception: yourself, an appetite, and shoes that you are comfortable wearing outdoors (we will have heel covers available, for grass-walking needs) Happily Ever After-Party: Comfortable indoor/outdoor outfit, bathing suit if weather permits and you’d like to swim, a dry change of clothes, sunscreen, bug spray (we will have both, until supplies last!), games, etc.
Yes, please check our "travel" tab for more information
The wedding party & pre-specified guests are already booked into the Airbnb. There are a few extra places to sleep in case of emergency, but this will come with a fee (Airbnb house rules). We ask that if you are able and would like to celebrate all weekend, check into a nearby hotel or Airbnb! If you are in need of accommodations but cannot (for any reason) obtain them, let Kelly or Carissa know and we can make a plan.
Of course. Please let Kelly or Carissa know along with your RSVP. Note: we will provide a Vegan appetizer and BBQ buffet for dinner on the day of the wedding. For the Happily-Ever-After Party, we will have beyond meat burgers, sausages, and a vegan side option.
Yes! The rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and happily ever after-party will be held at a private residence (an Airbnb). There is ample parking in a large driveway. Make sure not to block anyone in.
