Yep, we met on Tinder (against all odds). After getting to know each other through text during a famous "Texas ice-storm", we made plans to meet up at LSA burger in Denton. Carissa liked Kelly so much, she made excuses to prolong the date and forced Kelly to go shopping at three different stores with her. Kelly liked Carissa so much that she willingly drank sweet tea and helped Carissa shop. After going on dates for a couple months, Carissa took Kelly on a road trip to Fredericksburg, Texas. During our weekend adventure away, we visited vineyards, blue bonnet fields, and talked about our feelings (scary). We left Fredericksburg knowing we loved each other, and that we were going to be together. Then - as gay women often do - we u-hauled across state lines, got engaged, and adopted another cat. We’re so excited to share our love story with you all, and have you there as we become wives.
