The Ryman is one of our favorite music venues in Nashville. It's also how our favorite pup got his name! The Ryman is full of musical history and tradition and tours are available daily!
Rolf and Daughters
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Nashville! If you are coming into town early we definitely suggest you make reservations here. We love their Sourdough Bread with Seaweed butter and you can never go wrong with any of their pastas. You can also visit their other restaurant Folk and try one of their awesome pizzas.
Broadway
Broadway is what Nashville is known for. 5+ blocks of bars, honkytonks, and restaurants with live music and rooftops to take in the sights. Some of our favorites are Luke Bryan's 32 Bridge, The George Jones Rooftop Bar, Bootleggers Inn, and The Stage!
John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge
Perfect view of downtown Nashville and a great spot to take pictures! Especially perfect during a beautiful Nashville sunset. This is very close to the location of our Welcome Party so you can walk over the bridge before swinging by!
Americano Coffee Lounge
This is one of our favorite coffee shops in Nashville. Great coffee, cozy vibe and cocktails. It's also in one of our favorite Nashville neighborhoods, Wedgewood-Houston. Some of our other favorite coffee spots are Eighth & Roast, Steadfast Coffee, and Honest Coffee Roasters in the L&L Marketplace.
L.A. Jackson
One of our favorite rooftop bars in The Gulch. It's located on the top floor of the Thompson Hotel. The hotel also has a great coffee shop (Killebrew) and brunch/dinner spot (Marsh House)!
Jackalope Brewing Company
Our favorite brewery in Nashville. And it's Lovebird season! This is Carissa's favorite beer so stop by and drink one for the bride.
Bearded Iris Brewing Company
Our other favorite brewery in Nashville. Mike's favorite beer is their Homestyle IPA. So, go here and drink one for the groom!
Henrietta Red
Located in our old neighborhood of Germantown this is a great spot for dinner or brunch. Or just stop in for a drink and a couple oysters!
Old Glory
Old Glory is one of our favorite bars in Nashville. It is located in what used to be the boiler room for White Way Cleaners, formerly one of the largest steam cleaning facilities in Nashville. Great cocktails in a cool space!
Centennial Park
Centennial Park is home to the Nashville Parthenon. The building and the Athena statue inside are both full-scale replicas of the Athenian originals. Centennial Park is also located right across the street from Vanderbilt University's campus.
Marathon Village
Marathon Village is the area in Nashville where we will be celebrating our wedding! It was born out of the buildings that once housed Marathon Motor Works (1910-1914). The renovated building now houses local boutiques, a coffee shop, a distillery taproom, and a winery! And right down the street is Marathon Music Works where you'll be joining us on our wedding day! Don't forget to take your picture in front of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural right in front of our venue.
Corsair Distillery & Headquarters
Take a distillery tour or do a tasting at Corsair and try some of our favorites, Triple Smoke or Ryemageddon! They are located in Wedgewood-Houston where there is plenty to do. Check out Diskin Cider or Jackalope Brewery for a drink or Earnest Bar & Hideaway for brunch or dinner.
Five Points
Five Points is an area of East Nashville with so much to do. There's bars, restaurants, coffee...anything you need! Some of our favorite bars are Rosemary, Treehouse (restaurant in the front, bar in the back), and Five Points Pizza. Hunters Station has plenty of food options as well as a beer bar to try out some local brews!
Monell's
If you want a true southern breakfast Monell's is the spot. Breakfast (or lunch) is served family style so take what you want and pass to the left! And don't forget to try their fried chicken which is served at every meal...yes, even breakfast.
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
For all the country music fans you can visit the Country Music Hall of Fame!
National Museum Of African American Music
The National Museum of African American Music just opened up in January 2021 and is a great addition to Broadway!
