Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is casual. You can dress like you're ready to hit the honkytonks on Broadway or just go out for a night on the town.

We'd like to welcome our guests to town with a casual welcome party on Friday at HQ Beercade. The party will be upstairs in the mezzanine area. Guests are welcome to just stop by or stay the whole time. There will be a few light bites for snacking but we suggest you try to grab some food before the event. HQ Beercade is located right in Downtown Nashville so come by to say "Hey" before you explore the city! This is a bar and you must be 21+ to attend the Welcome Party.

Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

The brunch is informal. Swing by to say Goodbye before you head out of town and grab a bite to eat. The brunch will be in the Atrium of the Graduate Hotel Nashville on the first floor.
