Will you provide transportation to the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a charter bus that will pick the group up at The Graduate Hotel. There are 2 times for pick up: 4:15pm and 4:30pm. The bus will also take guests from the Reception back to the hotel when the event is over.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking at the venue as well as street parking.

At what capacity will your venue be filled?

Answer

Our venue will only be filled at 1/3 capacity so there will be plenty of space for social distancing. There are also two large bars to make room for guests grabbing a drink throughout the night as well as an outdoor area to get some fresh air if needed.

Will you be taking temperatures at the door?

Answer

Yes, we will be taking the temperatures of all of our guests.

What extra COVID-19 pre-cautions is your venue taking?

Answer

Our venue is screening and temp checking all of their personnel for each shift. All surfaces will be wiped down continuously throughout the event with professional cleaning services being completed between each major event at the venue. The staff is trained to keep their distance from guests. Touchless hand sanitizers have been installed at every entry/exit and restroom.

Will we have an option to attend the ceremony virtually?

Answer

Yes! We will provide a link for those that are unable to join us on our Wedding Day. We will send out more information when we get closer to the big day!

Are children allowed to attend the wedding events?

Answer

Unfortunately, children are not allowed to attend any of the wedding events. We apologize for the inconvenience.
