Holiday Inn Budd Lake - Rockaway Area

This will be our extended wedding block for friends and family. Due to minimal lodging offered on the venue property, please note that we are only having our immediate family and friends including our wedding party stay on the venue property. We are excited to have our extended guests stay in our hotel wedding block at The Holiday Inn! You can start making reservations by calling the hotel front desk directly at 973-448-1100 Option #1 and mentioning the Rhinesmith-Carey Wedding and/or the wedding date. You can also book online, via the "VIEW" button below, however it is STRONGLY recommend booking directly through the front desk by phone. It’s very important to note that booking online will only consistently work from a computer and there is no reliable option to book online from the app or a mobile browser. If you decide to book online, click the 'VIEW' button below, scroll to enter the date(s) you will need accommodations for (one or two nights between 7/31-8/2), search, and select the room preference with "Rhinesmith-Carey" in the description. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE NO LATE THAN THE END OF THE JUNE 2024! Thank you!

Shuttle

Shuttle from the hotel to The Inn at Millrace Pond

August 1, 2024 3:45 pm - 12:15 am

Due to RT 80 traffic, our shuttle service will be picking up our guests at the Holiday Inn at 4 PM. Please be outside the hotel lobby by 3:45 PM. The shuttle buses will only run once from the hotel to our venue, so please be prompt! After the reception, the shuttles will leave the venue at 10:45 PM, to transport guests back to the hotel. Again, the shuttle will only travel once, so please be prompt to the bus after the reception is over! For those staying for the after party, the shuttle will once again run at 12:15 AM one time back to the hotel.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND! There are little to NO UBER/RIDE SHARES in the Hope NJ area. Please utilize our shuttle service and be prompt and on time! There will be plenty of parking space at the venue, including overflow parking to the school parking lot across the street.
