Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of those invited or "and guest". However, as much as we love your kiddos, we ask that you use this evening as a "night out" for yourself, and enjoy our wedding as an adult only celebration! Thank you for your understanding!
Due to limited rooms and space on the venue property, we have designated the venue lodging to our immediate family and wedding party. Please use our link/code provided in the travel section of our site to book our hotel block at The Holiday Inn.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hang over is on you. We've waited a while for this day to come so party accordingly!
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to all our vendors within a timely manner, and due to the limited space, we may be able to invite additional friends and family. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Our Officiant will designate a time in the beginning of the ceremony to quickly snap a picture, then please put phones away and turn them to silent for the rest of the ceremony. We have hired photographers and videographers to capture these important moments. We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!
If you are driving and utilizing the venue parking, we ask that you arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior to it starting to ensure you are able to sit where you wish. Those who are staying at the hotel and taking the complimentary shuttle, please be at the hotel lobby by 3:45 PM.
Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule. This means we cannot push back start times due to people running late. If you happen to be running late, you may not be able to sit in on the ceremony. There may be some additional seats in the last row of the ceremony to avoid distraction, or standing room space at the furthest part of the ceremony. Being prompt and planning ahead (such as Route 80 traffic) will avoid distractions during the ceremony for even the bride and groom.
Yes! Valet parking will be parking all cars for everyone's convenience! Just follow the signs.
Our reception will come to an end at 10:30 PM. We ask those who wish to depart by our shuttle service to be at the pick up point by 10:45 PM. The buses will leave at that time, and will only be doing ONE RUN to the hotel! If you are staying for our after party, this will be held following the reception until 12 AM. If you are then going to depart by the shuttle service, please be at the pick up point by 12:15 AM! Again, the buses will leave at that time and will only be doing ONE RUN to the Holiday Inn!
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending, but if you find that you will not make it, please notify Briana or Danny via text/phone call.
Semi-formal attire Women may wear semi-formal or cocktail dresses. Men may wear suits, sports jackets, etc. Please no jeans or denim.
Wear what is comfortable! Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside if it does not rain, which is on grass. The bride has put together a beautiful crate of flip flops to switch into for the reception if needed!
Yes! If you don't want to take the shuttle back to the hotel or leave quite yet, join us across the property at the Gristmill Inn for an after party from 11-12 AM! The after party is CASH BAR. Shuttle will leave promptly at 12:15 AM.
