4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
To welcome in any guests that want to arrive a day or two early, we have booked the outdoor patio at San Juan Island Brewery for a little happy hour! Beer/cider/wine will be available for purchase & we would love if you came by for as little or as long as you want :) there are many restaurants downtown to make dinner rezzies at before/after you stop by! Our favs being Downriggers, Friday's Crabhouse & indoor at the brewery where you could put your name on the waitlist while you grab a drink with us :) after 6PM, the patio just opens back up to the public as well so no need to rush off if you want to hang out. If you are making a trip out of the weekend & have the kiddos please feel free to bring them to this event! What to wear: Whatever you want!
8:00 am - 10:00 am
What better way to start the day then with a quick walk up the road to our venue for some caffeine & stretchies! We will have coffee, tea & other bevs from Downpour Espresso owned by Mitchell's cousin Tess and his brother Connor will be leading a lil yoga flow on the lawn around 9. Saltwater Farm is about 1 mile from downtown Friday Harbor so an easy stroll or a short car ride! Please take a look at the map on this section if you’d like to walk! There is a pedestrian entrance through a gate on Weber Way. If you want to rise & shine with us and drop into a little T Hall flow we'd love to have ya :) What to wear: Active attire
9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Time to explore the island! There are plenty of ways to do so including lil buggies, mopeds, bikes, cars, shuttles & jolly trollies! We are thinking that we will station ourselves at one or two locations around the island for people to stop by and say hi if they want as everyone adventures around! Rental suggestions and a map of our favorite/suggested stops around the island are in the Things To Do Tab:) If time allows, we are going to try to be in/around Roche Harbor ~11:30-12:30 and then will be grabbing some oysters at Westcott Bay Shellfish Co from about 12:30-1:30ish.
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
After the bridal party finishes the wedding rehearsal & dinner, all guests are welcome to come to the venue for welcome drinks! If you are making a trip out of the weekend & have the kiddos please feel free to bring them to this event! What to wear: Cool Casual Summer Vibez - it can get cool at night on the island so we would recommend a jacket! Also the venue is mostly gravel paths so we do not recommend heels for the ladies :) How to get there: You can walk from town ~1 mile (there is a cut through behind the hospital or on weber way - we will put a sign up), drive (parking available over night) or you can take our shuttle. Shuttle stops will be at Bird Rock Hotel, Tucker House Inn and The Orcas Inn beginning around 6:30 it will be making loops and stopping by every ~20mins. If you have any questions, please text Julia at (925) 788 - 9710 to help coordinate a pick up. Shuttle will continue until ~1030.
3:45 pm - 5:00 pm
The ceremony wooooo! Bride is walking down the aisle at 4 so please get there by 3:45! The venue is a large beautiful farm so wear clothes&shoes you are comfortable walking (&dancing) in! Ladies we suggest no heels :) After the ceremony we will hold cocktail hour with signature drinks and an assortment of beer/wine/sneltzers & apps. We love kiddo's but all events on Saturday will be adults only. What to wear: What would you wear to an outdoor winery? Think mitchell's fav SSBD's (short sleeve button downs) and em's fav sundresses & sandals. Or if you are in the mood to wear a suit/jumpsuit go for it! We just want you to be comfortable! How to get there: Same options as welcome drinks :) The shuttle stops will be at Bird Rock Hotel, Tucker House Inn and The Orcas Inn beginning around 3 it will be making loops and stopping by every ~20mins until the ceremony. If you have any questions please text Julia (925) 788 - 9710. Shuttles home begin at 10pm and will run til 1am

For dinner there will be food to fit all kinds of preferences! It will be served buffet style so there is no need to order ahead. Dinner will be completely gluten/dairy free but we do ask that you let us know of any other food allergies/preferences (especially shellfish allergies & a vegetarian diet). After dinner and speeches, the reception will be held on site. The barn will be open to dance the night away (until midnight hehe) and there will be shuttles leaving every ~20 mins to take people back to Friday Harbor from 10-1am.

https://www.zola.com/addr/B4YwQLJ3k If you could copy & paste this link to fill out a form for your email (if you haven't already) it would be greatly appreciated! This will be helpful for any last minute updates :) *if you did not originally RSVP yes to this - there is no longer room on our shuttle* If you have been confirmed on the shuttle, you will be responsible for taking the 11am ferry from Friday Harbor to Anacortes. Once landed, there will be a bus waiting to take you to SeaTac. It is through Bellair Charter for Emily Powell. If you have any issues finding the bus please contact Mandie (415) 312-6215. This option would be getting you to SeaTac around ~3ish depending on traffic (Heads up - SeaTac can be a nightmare if you don't have TSA Precheck so we suggest checking out the website SpotSaver for TSA). We will have a venmo QR code on the shuttle for those who haven't already paid :)
