Welcome to Camp Palmer

Camp attire (sneakers, gym shorts, etc.), bathing suits, and sunscreen. Camp Palmer T-shirts will be provided.
Check in for Camp Palmer opens at 12pm with cabin assignments posted! Welcome lunch will be served at 1pm with camp activities to follow.
Welcome Dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Lakeside Chic (Sundresses and linens. Wedges or flats are encouraged for the outdoor terrain!)
We hope everyone (campers and non-campers) will join us Saturday night for our Welcome Dinner at the Lodge. The evenings tend to get cool after sunset, so be sure to bring a shawl or light jacket since we'll be spending most of the night outside by the water. Dinner will be served around 7pm with (optional) guest talent show to follow!

Wedding Day Camp Activities
8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Camp attire (sneakers, gym shorts, etc.), bathing suits, and sunscreen.
The official activity schedule will be posted at the campground, but some possibilities are, morning swim, canoe races, pickleball tournament, water sports, beach volleyball or just soaking up the last bit of the summer sun! A coffee catering service will be available with breakfast in the Lodge from 8-10am. Grab an espresso to-go and enjoy it by the lake! Lunch will be served at the campground at 1pm.
Lake Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Garden Party Formal
Our ceremony will be outdoors on the beach. Those staying off-site there is parking available across the street. Please plan to arrive by 4:30 to allow enough time to park, grab a drink, and find a seat! We kindly request that the ceremony & reception be adults-only. Additional details can be found on the FAQ page. After the ceremony, lets cheers and send off the newlyweds for a ride on the vintage Millie B. boat!
Hall Reception
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Following cocktail hour on the lawn, we’ll move to the recreation hall, where the bar and BBQ buffet will be ready for everyone. After dinner, our closest friends and family will share toasts and speeches, and once the happy tears are wiped away, we’ll head straight to the dance floor. We are F-U-N!
After Party and Campfire

Lounge-wear, pajamas, sweats, etc. that you don’t mind smelling like campfire!
There's no curfew in the hall, but as the DJ winds down, and our dancing feet start to ache, we'll light the campfire. Night owls are welcome to gather around the campfire to wrap up our wedding day!

Farewell Brunch
8:00 am - 11:00 am
Before we say our goodbyes, join us for a relaxed farewell brunch at the camp dining hall. Enjoy coffee, juice, and a variety of breakfast favorites as we reminisce about the big day and send everyone off with full hearts (and stomachs)! Continental breakfast will be available starting at 8am, full breakfast 9-11am.
