We'll all be bunking up in the cabins at NatureBridge. Cabin assignments will be provided at check-in on Friday afternoon. Some cabins use a shared, clean and lovely bath house, while others have a bathroom within the cabin. Bedding is provided, though you're welcome to bring anything you can't sleep without! The cost to stay on site is $200/adult. This includes two nights of sleeping accommodations, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday morning's Farewell Brunch. Welcome Dinner and Reception Dinner are on us! & Kids under 18 are free. Payments are requested when you RSVP and will be made through Venmo or Zelle to the couple.
Great Question! Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable - we strongly encourage everyone pack layers. Here are a few items to get the ball rolling: -warm coat -warm socks -long underwear/warm pants -rain jacket -clothes for hiking -comfortable, festive wear! -sturdy walking shoes - we recommend you don't plan to wear high heels as the heels will likely sink in the grass. -comfortable camp shoes -sun hat -sun glasses -personal toiletries -water bottle We also encourage you to bring snacks such as granola bars. All meals will be provided, however we don't want you to get hungry between meals if you're out on a hike!
We understand some folks need certain accommodations. Our hope with hosting our wedding at an all inclusive campus is to spend as much time as possible with the people we love so we hope that you will still join us for the weekend meals and activities! If you plan to stay at Lake Crescent Lodge but join us for meals we request $100/adult to cover the cost of Saturday morning breakfast, lunch, and Sunday morning breakfast. Friday night's Welcome Dinner and Saturday's Ceremony Reception are on us! You can make your payment to the couple when you RSVP.
NatureBridge provides delicious, local, and fresh food. There will always be a vegetarian option at every meal. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions during your RSVP. All meals will be buffet style.
Great question! Saturday morning we would love to canoe with you! We will be canoeing on three, 20-person Salish canoes on the open waters of Lake Crescent. This is sure to be a blast! If you'd rather hike Saturday morning, there are numerous hikes close by that we recommend. One of our favorite places nearby is the Elwha River. We highly recommend our guests go check out the dam removal sights and learn about the Elwha River restoration project that's been a major success over the last 10 years since two large hydroelectric dams were removed. Field games will be set up all weekend. You may also prefer to cozy up in the lodge and play a card or board game by the fire place! Games will be provided.
You will be greeted by a family member or friend who will inform you what cabin you're in and show you how to get there!
Yes. Of course. Coffee will be available early in the morning and throughout the day in the main lodge. There may also be a certain famous home-made traditional chai available as well....
Yes! NatureBridge is compliant with the ADA and any venue we use on the property will be accessible by wheel chair. If you have any other mobility concerns or other questions regarding accessibility, please reach out to us!
Absolutely! Babies and children will be in good company at Camp Full Heart - we have many young families we love. We plan to accommodate families with infants in stand-alone, private cabins for the weekend so you don't have to worry about waking others and nap times will be as quiet as possible. We can't wait to spend time with the whole fam!
October is a slightly unpredictable time of the year in Western Washington. The ceremony will be held outside regardless of the weather, so make sure to bring rain gear and warm layers! All other meals will likely be indoors, along with dancing. We'll be prepared for any weather and advise that you are too.
NatureBridge does not allow pets in any of the buildings, so please leave your pups and kitties behind. And yes, this unfortunately means that Mika will not be attending.
WiFi is available in main buildings but it can be intermittent. In terms of cell phone service, we did not have any issues with Verizon while on campus and are told most carriers generally work. In case of emergency, there is a landline on site.
