Accommodations

The Wedding Website of Tabitha Core and Eliza Jiménez
We know that is likely that you haven't attended a summer camp wedding before, and we are excited and honored to celebrate with you at Camp Lindenmere for the whole weekend. Here is what to expect about the process for booking your accommodations in the coming months.

Where are wedding guests staying?

At Camp Lindenmere! The accommodations are all-inclusive from the time that you arrive on Friday until you leave on Sunday morning. Your room cost covers all your meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and activities at Camp Lindenmere for the entire weekend! Woohoo! Lindenmere has two different types of accommodations: private rooms and shared cabins.

What should I expect if I am staying in a private room? Who will be staying in the private rooms?

Each private room is located within a hotel-style house and all rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated, have air conditioning, and are very comfortable for guests. We are prioritizing these rooms for family and older guests. If the Camp Lindenmere staff is reserving a private room for you, we will include a formal note in your physical invitation letting you know that you will be able to book a private room. The cost per guest to stay in a private room for our all-inclusive wedding weekend are as follows: Two nights (Friday, August 28 - Sunday, August 30) per guest: $299 One night (Saturday, August 29 - Sunday, August 30) per guest: $199

What should I expect if I am staying in the cabins? Who will be staying in the cabins?

All of Lindenmere's beautifully renovated cabins are equipped with central A/C and have private showers, toilets, and sinks so you can easily get ready and feel comfortable in the space. We will prioritize nuclear families in their own cabin and groups of friends will be placed together. We intend on keeping below each cabin's capacity. If you have any requests regarding cabin arrangements, please reach out! If you did not receive a note in your physical wedding invitation about Camp Lindenmere staff reserving a private room for you, please assume that you will be staying in a cabin for our wedding weekend. The cost per guest to stay in a cabin for our all-inclusive wedding weekend are as follows: Two nights (Friday, August 28 - Sunday, August 30) per guest: $199 One night (Saturday, August 29 - Sunday, August 30) per guest: $149

How will I reserve my accommodations at Camp Lindenmere?

Excellent question! First, by RSVPing “YES!” to our wedding on our RSVP page, we are automatically reserving accommodations for you! Camp Lindenmere can host up to 500 people, so we will certainly have a comfortable place for you to stay either in a private room or a cabin! Second, at the end of May, you will receive an email from the Camp Lindenmere staff to submit a payment for your accommodations based on your assignment (private room or cabin) and the number of nights that you will be staying at camp.

Are the accommodations accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes! If you will need ADA accessible accommodations or have other mobility needs, please email us at tabelizawedding@gmail.com and we will make sure to arrange that for you. Camp Lindenmere staff will happily provide transportation via golf carts to guests with reduced mobility to and from our wedding weekend events! Please know that it is a priority for us and Camp Lindenmere staff to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable throughout our wedding weekend and can easily navigate the camp's grounds and all of the amazing amenities and facilities that Lindenmere has to offer!

Will linens and towels be provided to guests staying at Camp Lindenmere?

Yes - bed linens, pillows, and towels are provided for each of our guests staying in both private rooms and cabins!

Can I have a sneak peek of the accommodations?

Of course! Please see the link with Google Drive link with videos of the shared cabins and some photos of private accommodations at Camp Lindenmere! Please note that for both shared cabins and private rooms, linens will be provided. Additionally, if you are in a shared cabin, we anticipate keeping cabins below capacity so that nobody has to sleep on a top bunk (unless you wish to do so!).
