How will guests' accommodations work at summer camp?

Question

When should I arrive to camp? How will I know where I'm staying?

Answer

Wedding weekend guests are enthusiastically encouraged to check in between the hours of 2 - 5 pm on Friday, August 28 and stay until Sunday, August 30. Upon arrival, Camp Lindenmere staff will provide you with your private room or cabin number, transport you and your belongings via a golf cart directly to your lodging, and be able to answer any questions for you. We will also be scheduling some camp activities that you can partake in as soon as you arrive to camp on Friday afternoon before our welcome dinner! However, if you're only able to make to our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday, 8/29, that is okay. We understand that staying away for multiple nights can sometimes be challenging. For this reason, we have a detailed RSVP form. Please RSVP to the wedding weekend events you plan to attend and we will be sure to accommodate everyone accordingly.

What activities and facilities will wedding guests be able to enjoy at Camp Lindenmere?

Answer

Some of Camp Lindenmere's lovely amenities that you will be able to enjoy as a wedding guest include the lake, pool, ropes course, indoor fitness center, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, sports fields, yard games, hiking trails, and more! While you will be able to enjoy many of the amazing facilities at your own leisure throughout our wedding weekend, we are also busy crafting a schedule that will include exactly when and where certain activities will be taking place so that we can spend quality time with you at Camp Lindenmere!

What is the attire for the weekend?

Answer

For most of the weekend, we want you to be comfortable and camp-activity-ready! Tshirts, shorts, and flip flops are fine (and encouraged!) for Saturday during the day. Friday evening's rehearsal dinner will be garden party (think casual sundresses) and Saturday's wedding and reception will be semi-formal (dresses, jumpsuits, suit jackets, ties optional). Can you accommodate guests with reduced mobility?

Answer

Yes, ADA accessible rooms are available for guests with reduced mobility. Camp Lindenmere also offers a "Camp Uber" for anyone who needs a ride around the property. Camp Lindenmere staff will happily provide transportation via golf carts to guests with reduced mobility to and from our wedding weekend events!

Yes, Wifi is available throughout Camp Lindenmere's grounds!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate the guest(s) listed on your invitation for our wedding weekend. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your kids! However, with a few notable exceptions, our wedding weekend will be adults-only.

Can I bring my pet to camp?

Answer

Our beloved Lucy is the only pet who is allowed at Camp Lindenmere to celebrate her moms' wedding! We kindly request that you arrange pet sitters for the weekend.
