Join us by the river for some pre-wedding chill! Mix, mingle, & enjoy the beautiful backdrop while getting to know your fellow adventurers. Good vibes & great views await! This isn't a royale banquet - bring your own feast & potions (a.k.a snacks & drinks) to keep the magic flowing!

Rehearsal

9:00 am - 10:15 am

WEDDING PARTY ONLY

The wedding party will be rehearsing - no peeking! We kindly ask all guests outside our wedding party to avoid hanging by the river & patio deck during Rehearsal. We promise it will be worth the wait! Come back & join us for the Biscuit Bar Brunch starting at 10am on the patio deck!

Biscuit Bar Brunch

Enjoy BMBR's buttermilk biscuits & brioche French toasts with an array of various condiments, spreads, & breakfast sides!

River Beach Party

Let the river beach shenanigans begin - get ready to wade, play, & bask in the river magic all day long! Glide through the waters on paddleboards, canoes, or float like river royalty in a tube. Music will fill the air, so come ready to dance, drift, & delight! The river only serves vibes & not drinks or food! Pack your picnic baskets, chill your chalices, & prepare for a day of delight by the water's edge. The venue will provide enchanted vessels - canoes, paddleboards, & tubes! We will also have community coolers - frost-charmed chests ready to keep your potions & picnic feasts cool & cozy. Feel free to stash your goodies inside & share in the bounty! That being said, it is recommended to bring your own water toys & coolers if you are able to.

Walking Tacos Feast

Step forth to the enchanted taco bar, where you shall be granted 3 magical tacos - crafted of meats & marvelous toppings! Build your perfect bite - but beware: taco envy is real...

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

While the newlyweds sneak away for a few photos (& a deep breath), you're invited to enjoy a laid-back cocktail hour! There will be light bites to keep the hunger at bay, an open bar to raise a glass, & plenty of time to mingle, laugh, & soak in the magic of the day. Feel free to bring along any leftover potions (a.k.a. weekend drinks) that you don't wish to bring home with you the next morning!

Reception Dinner

Let's gather together for a cozy, joy-filled feast! A delicious BBQ dinner will be catered - come hungry, come happy, & get ready to pile your plate HIGH. Good food, great company, & a night full of celebration awaits!

As night falls & stars throw their own confetti, the real mischief begins... This isn't just a party, it's a full-blown celebration! Expect music, dancing, drinks, & a fair bit of delightful chaos. The bar will be flowing, the vibes will be high, & memories (or lack thereof) will be made. Kick off your shoes, grab a goblet, & prepare for a night of magic, mayhem, & merriment... THIS IS WHERE THE STORY GETS WILD!
