As you can probably imagine Sarah, Campbell, the Bridesmaids, and the Groomsmen will all be busy on the day of the wedding. We have briefed a few close friends about the logistics of the day, and they should be able to help you with any needs that arise: Maryana Newton 252-292-8225 Paula Woods 518-332-6361 Rae Carroll 248-877-2796 Feel free to call or text any of these helpful gals!
We are providing dinner and beverages on Saturday night and a pancake breakfast on Sunday morning. There will be a Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night for the wedding party and close family. We will also have s'mores and hot dogs available at the bonfires on Thursday and Saturday nights. All other events are BYOB&F.
Your best bet for grocery stores is Weaverville, which is on the way to Asheville from the venue, about 25 minutes. If you're traveling from the airport, Weaverville will be on your way to the venue, and you should stop for groceries there. Weaverville has a Publix, Walmart, and Ingles Market (local grocery chain), as well as other shopping and dining options.
The only gift we desire is a fun and heartfelt wedding ceremony weekend surrounded by the people we love. We are hoping those who wish to give a tangible gift will consider donating resources to help us cover expenses associated with this event. We currently have a honeymoon planned to stay in a small cabin in Campbell's Canyon in Southern Utah (right between Zion and Bryce Canyon). Very excited about this and would love any support as an substitute for a wedding registry. We already have a house full of too-much-stuff. Please help us reduce waste by respecting these gift-giving guidelines!

Weather permitting, all our events will be outside or have an outdoor option available. The reception will take place in a large barn with open doors and windows to ensure adequate ventilation. The barn also has a large porch and lawn for those who prefer to be extra outdoorsy. We have decided to leave masks to personal choice. We will not be policing masks or inquiring about individuals' vaccination status, although the latter is highly encouraged!
