Ceremony will take place either underneath or in the vicinity of the "Hitching Post Pavilion," depending on weather.

Dinner and reception will take place in/around the Barn Event Center, across the parking lot from the Pavilion. Dinner will be catered by a local barbecue restaurant. If you have strict dietary needs, you may consider bringing your own food/snacks. There is a full kitchen available. Dinner will start at 5 pm, with dancing starting around 6-7 pm-ish (we'll see how the evening goes!). In the transition times, you're invited to participate in yard games and help yourself to beverages.

Help us make the clean up fun! We'll be serving pancakes and other breakfast items. Feel free to stop by, even if you can't stay for clean-up.

If you're able to stick around Sunday, we'll be doing a short hike to Roan Mountain (1.5 miles round trip, 300 ft elevation gain). This hike is on the Appalachian Trail, so anyone feeling adventurous has the option to make this hike longer. Please join us for some quality time and mountain views!
