Flight
If you're traveling to CO you can fly into Denver International Airport and rent a car for the 2 hour drive to Vail. If you'd prefer to fly closer to Vail, you can get a flight into Eagle County Regional Airport, which is a 30min drive to Vail Village. We arranged a discount with a local shuttle company, Epic Mountain Express, for those who would rather skip the rental car. Details can be found below in the Shuttle section! If you prefer to rent a car, please check with your accommodations to see if they charge for daily parking.
Travel Note
If you'd prefer to skip the rental car, we secured a 20% discount for Epic Mountain Express shuttles. You can reserve a spot on their 12 passenger sprinter vans which can take you to/from both Denver and Eagle airports. The dates available for the discount start on Tuesday, August 5th through Tuesday, August 12th.

Evergreen Lodge is located on the east side of Vail Village. It is a 5 min walk to welcome drinks at the Four Seasons. You can follow the link below to get a 10% discount off of standard room rates for the wedding weekend. Please note that the link is valid only for hotel rooms, so if anyone wants to book a condo they must call the property directly and they can apply the 10% discount manually.
House Or Rental
There are many great condo and home rentals in Vail if you'd like a little more space! We recommend checking out VRBO or AirBnB for the best options. The shuttle to/from the wedding at Camp Hale will be picking up and dropping off in Vail Village.
