When booking flights, we highly recommend the shortest haul flight which is usually a one stop layover and approximately takes ~ 22 hours. Flight costs vary as to the time of year, date and layovers. Currently, the prices for end of May and early June are approximately ~$1500 roundtrip per person. You have two options when booking flights to your final destination which is Dumaguete, Philippines - either you pass by Manila, PH or Cebu, PH. If you choose Manila, you have to book another flight from Manila to Dumaguete which takes about 1 hr and 25 mins. We highly suggest you take a flight to Cebu, Philippines then take another short flight (~ 55 mins.) from Cebu to Dumaguete. It tends to be cheaper as a flight from Cebu to Dumaguete will cost about $29-$40 per person one way while Manila to Dumaguete will cost $38-65 per person one way. Our recommended airlines are as follows: o EVA Air (usually the cheapest and has shortest flight time; has bigger leg room for economy) - Layover stop is usually in Taipei, Taiwan o Korean Air (known to be very reliable) - Layover is usually in Seoul, South Korea o ANA (very clean and reliable) - Layover is in Tokyo, Japan

In order for you to get to your final destination - Dumaguete - from Cebu, take a short airplane flight via Cebu Pacific Air (this is your only airline of choice). If you happen to decide to take the Manila route, we suggest you take a flight from Manila to Dumaguete via Philippine Airlines (Cebu Pacific Air is also an option for you on this). Cebu Pacific Air - Cebu to Dumaguete will cost about $45-$55 roundtrip. Manila to Dumaguete will cost about $45 - $160 roundtrip. Philippine Airlines - Manila to Dumaguete flights will cost about $45-$160 roundtrip. ***To get the best deals on these flights, do a google flight search on incognito/private mode.***

For spots in the city:  These are located about 15-30 mins from our venue and we will provide transportation on the day of from these venues to the wedding  Casa Rubin - it is a boutique hotel that is close to everything in the city of Dumaguete. Prices range from $25 - $50 a night depending on the room and how many people are staying. Each room comes with free breakfast.  Florentina Homes – Located at the heart of Dumaguete, this hotel has a restaurant and pool. Prices start at $30 - $70 a night. For beach resorts:  These places are farther away from the city and we included them in this list in case you wanted to make your vacation worthwhile. Sadly, we cannot provide you with any means of transportation on the day of if you decide to stay at these places. If you book, maybe they can offer you that service or we could do more research for people or businesses that do transportation services.  Azure Dive Resort - a small dive resort by the beach of Dauin, Negros Oriental. Approximately 25 - 40 mins from the city and a nice place to relax and unwind. Prices start at $70/night  Allura Resort Dive and Spa – a small dive resort by the beach of Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental. Approximately 30- 45 mins. from the city and a nice place to relax and unwind. Free breakfast is included. Prices range from $60 - $88 a night  Pura Vida Beach and Dive Resort – a well-known resort that foreigners from all over the world love. Approximately 20-30 minutes from the city.
