Located in the North Bais Bay of Negros Oriental and has been dubbed as the "Maldives of the Philippines" because of its spotless white sand this spot is one of me and Michael's favorite place to go. The whole sandbar stretches for seven kilometers and is best seen during the low tide. Usually, you rent out a boat for the day. The boat offers a grill, some of them offer food but I highly suggest you bring your own food. They have packages for dolphin and whale watching before going to the actual sandbar to chill and swim. Boat prices start at $70 for 10 people. *** FOR MORE LOCAL TOURIST SPOTS, PLEASE VISIT https://dumaguete.com/ *** *** IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING TOURS, TRIP ADVISOR HAS SOME LISTED FOR YOU: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g616032-Activities-Dumaguete_City_Negros_Oriental_Negros_Island_Visayas.html *** THE NEXT FEW RECOMMENDATIONS ARE OUTSIDE OF NEGROS ISLAND BUT PART OF THE PHILIPPINES (need a plane or boat ride for these):
