Friday Beach Day Pre-Wedding Kickoff!

Bring your swimsuit and your sunnies!
The beach is located right in downtown Tahoe City. You are welcome to bring a cooler for food/drinks, however there are food options within walking distance! We will bring a bunch of beach/lawn games and just hang out and enjoy the gorgeous scenery :) Welcome Drinks and Desserts is later in the evening starting at 7PM at Za's, so make sure to grab dinner somewhere in town after leaving the beach and come and join us for a pre-wedding kick off toast!

Tuxedo Return/Pick-Up

There is detailed information regarding tuxedo rentals under the "Tuxedo Rental" tab on our website. Make sure to review this information and take advantage of the $50 discount when you book your tux through Men's Wearhouse! We are trying to organize a complementary tuxedo pick-up with Men's Wearhouse to facilitate ease of returning tuxedos for our wedding guests. This service will be dependent on if there is enough interested guests. Please RSVP "Will Attend" if: 1. you plan to rent your tuxedo through Men's Warehouse and 2. you are interested in having it picked up from Granlibakken on Sunday after the wedding.
Wedding Shuttle & Vehicle Parking

We will be providing shuttles from Granlibakken Resort to the Hellman-Ehrman Mansion. If you prefer, you may also drive and park at the venue. If you choose to drive a car, make sure to collect a parking pass from the Park Ranger upon entering Sugar Pine State Park. Vehicles with a parking pass may be left overnight at the venue and collected the next day by 10AM. NOTE: It takes 20 minutes to walk from the parking lot down a grassy hillside to the ceremony site, so please plan accordingly. Wedding ceremony starts at 5:00pm, please be seated by 4:45pm

After Party

We will be transitioning the party from the elegant Hellman-Ehrman mansion to a favorite local watering hole for some late night fun! We plan to arrange for a shuttle bus to drive guests back to Granlibakken from Pete 'n Peters.
