What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive from 3:30-3:45 PM! To ensure you're there for the ceremony's prompt start at 4:00 PM, we kindly ask that you arrive between 3:30-3:45 PM. Be mindful of traffic, especially with the nearby airport—arriving a little early will help you avoid any last-minute rush! A Quick Note for Our Late-Arriving Amigos! Please arrive between 3:30-3:45 PM—the ceremony starts sharp at 4:00 PM! We know we all have that “fashionably late” gene, but we’re sticking to the schedule for this one. So, put your best ¡ya vengo! away and let’s get this party started on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our venue has plenty of free parking available for both the ceremony and reception, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! After the wedding, we’ll be having a day-after party at the clubhouse in our building to continue the celebration and spend more time with our loved ones. It's a casual get-together, and it’s especially meaningful as we’ll be honoring the groom's late father’s birthday. We’d love for you to join us if you can!

Yes, kids are welcome! We've invited some special little ones who are an important part of our family, and we’re excited to have them celebrate with us. We can’t wait for everyone to join in on the fun!

We’ve carefully planned our guest list, and unfortunately, we’re only able to accommodate those who were specifically invited. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

The dress code is semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the cocktail hour will be outside on the patio, followed by the reception indoors, with both areas being next to each other in one open space. We want everyone to be comfortable, so keep these details in mind when choosing your outfit!

Tom Ham's Lighthouse Address: 2150 Harbor Island Dr, San Diego, CA 92101 Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse, so there’s no need to travel between locations. We’re excited to have you join us at this beautiful venue right on the water!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We love that you want to capture the moment! While we encourage you to take photos, we kindly ask that you do so subtly. Please be mindful not to step into the aisle or block the photographer's view, as we've invested in a professional photographer to capture the best moments. We’d also appreciate it if you could be quick with your shots and then put your phone down to fully enjoy the ceremony and be present with us. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I need to cancel my RSVP?

Answer

If something comes up and you’re unable to attend, please update your RSVP on the website. In addition, we kindly ask that you send a text or make a call to let us know at 760-613-0166 or 661-582-2419. This will help us ensure we have the most accurate information. Thank you for your understanding!
