Below, you can find some of our recommendations of how to get to Litchfield County, Connecticut, plus where to stay. We highly recommend renting a car, as Ubers/Lyfts are very sparse (and sometimes nonexistent) in this area.

If you're looking to make an NYC trip before or after the wedding, NYC airports are about 2 hours away from Morris/Washington, CT.

We've blocked off rooms at The Heritage Hotel in Southbury, CT! The northwest corner of Connecticut is very rural...there aren't many hotels in our area. The Heritage Hotel is around 25 minutes away from the church, but in this neck of the woods, that's close! If you'd like to stay here, you can call them at 203-264-8200, press 6 to speak with the front desk, then mention 'Powell/Long' to be placed in our block. With our block, the Friday/Saturday night rate is $185 and the Sunday night rate is $165. The hotel block closes 45 days before the wedding, so be sure to book before September 10th.
